Special Events

December 10 at 6:00 p.m.
The combined choirs and ensembles will join together to present “Hope Was Born This Night,” a worship concert filled with the songs of Christmas. You will want to invite your family and friends to this musical celebration of the season. The concert is free, but those who attend are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item. This will allow our church to meet the needs of those in our community.

December 24 at 10:30 a.m.
On Christmas Eve morning, we will combine our two services for a wonderful time of worship that will include observing the Lord’s Supper. We will not have Sunday school on this day.

December 24 at 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Our month-long celebration will end with two identical Christmas Eve services. The celebrations will be filled with music, a special time for kids, and impactful media. Pastor Richard will share a relevant message from God’s Word, and we will conclude each service by circling the Worship Center with candlelight to sing “Silent Night.” Bring your family and friends and share in this special tradition.

South Haven’s Goal for 2017 is $9,500

Starting in 1888, the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® was established to empower the international missions efforts for Southern Baptists. After more than a century, the annual offering continues its steady growth. The National Goal this year is $160 Million. Your giving enables missionaries to be sent to make disciples and multiply churches among unreached peoples and places for the glory of God.
